Advance Veterinary Diets Diabetes Colitis is a complete dietetic food, specially developed for adult dogs with diabetes mellitus (sugar disease) and/or colitis (inflammation of the bowel). This dry food helps to stabilize blood sugar levels and supports healthy digestion.

Composition: Maize, dehydrated poultry protein, beet pulp, maize protein, barley, animal fat, stabilised with a mixture of tocopherols of natural origin, pea fibre, hydrolysed animal proteins, monocalcium phosphate, potassium chloride, fish oil, salt, Carbohydrate sources: maize and barley, Easily digestible ingredients: maize, dehydrated poultry protein, maize protein and hydrolysed animal proteins.

Analytical constituents: Protein 23%, Fat content 12%, Crude fibre 6.5%, Inorganic matter 7%, Calcium 1.2%, Phosphorus 0.9%, Starch 28.5%, Total sugars 1.8%, Omega 3 0.2%, Omega 6 2.3%.

Nutritional additives: Vitamin A 27000 IU, Vitamin D3 1800 IU, Vitamin E 315 mg, Iron sulphate monohydrate 291 mg (Fe: 95 mg), Potassium iodide 2.1 mg (I: 1.6 mg), Copper sulphate pentahydrate 37 mg (Cu: 9.8 mg), Manganese sulphate monohydrate 137 mg (Mn: 45 mg), Zinc sulphate monohydrate 407 mg (Zn: 148 mg), Sodium selenite 0.27 mg (Se: 0.12 mg). With natural antioxidants.

It is recommended to consult a veterinarian before use or before extending the period of use. Recommended period of use is in principle 6 months for diabetes and 3 to 12 weeks for digestive disorders, and it should be added gradually.

Directions for use and daily portion: The amounts indicated are recommended daily portions and should be adjusted to age, breed, weather conditions, amount of exercise and physical condition.
There should always be clean, fresh water within reach of the animal.
